In the 3rd minute Orçun Yalınalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardinho Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goal looked a bit too open when Vlad Miniș came free, but Baldomiro Txindoki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardinho Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qian Chao Tian, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After a rather tough play, Tornadele Siret's Albert Flintașu got a free kick in the 10th minute. 1-0 became the score in the 13th minute when Aquilino Ponte elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Baldomiro Txindoki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Ponte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomiro Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vlad Miniș in the 23rd minute of play. Petrică Cândreanu hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Vlad Miniș struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Baldomiro Txindoki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tornadele Siret. 35 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goal looked a bit too open when Vlad Miniș came free, but Baldomiro Txindoki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ali Emir Işıklar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baldomiro Txindoki. That made the score 2-0 in the 37 minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Tornadele Siret's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Luican came free, but Ricardinho Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Orçun Yalınalp made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Tornadele Siret's Filip Frunză got a free kick in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, Tornadele Siret's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Luican came free, but Ricardinho Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomiro Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vlad Miniș in the 56th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Tornadele Siret got a freekick which was hit by A.J. Smith. In the 59th minute, Petrică Cândreanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baldomiro Txindoki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Ponte, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute of the match, Orçun Yalınalp got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ricardinho Lopes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Tornadele Siret's Zygmunt Zurawski got a free kick in the 66th minute. Baldomiro Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Ponte in the 76th minute of the match. In the 87thth minute of the game Vlad Miniș who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Baldomiro Txindoki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ricardinho Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Luican, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Tornadele Siret's Ricardinho Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qian Chao Tian in the 91st minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Ricardinho Lopes threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Orçun Yalınalp, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC UNIREA Alba Iulia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tornadele Siret.
