Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teobald Karanewski started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Mădălin Lipan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dorinel Munteanu's late challenge caught a Carpathians's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dorinel Munteanu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Carpathians booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorinel Munteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iurie Cocoș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Karanewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Karanewski in the 7th minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Iurie Cocoș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Mădălin Lipan came free, but Iurie Cocoș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teobald Karanewski in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iurie Cocoș saved Scorpions -MM- from getting behind. 11 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Karanewski came free, but Iurie Cocoș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Radomir Zieba hit a great ball. Scorpions -MM-'s Iurie Cocoș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mădălin Lipan in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Panaite to maneuver through the defense. Iurie Cocoș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Lipan in the 17th minute of the match. If Cazimir Feteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Călin Ghioncu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Călin Ghioncu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Tinu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cazimir Feteanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Cazimir Feteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute Teobald Karanewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iurie Cocoș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, Cazimir Feteanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carpathians's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cazimir Feteanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Călin Ghioncu made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Ferdinand Chirculescu sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute, Sergiu Golescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Călin Ghioncu. The goal made the score 1-1.

Călin Ghioncu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomir Zieba in the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Iurie Cocoș had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cazimir Feteanu. Iurie Cocoș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobald Karanewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The audience was convinced that Teobald Karanewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iurie Cocoș was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Scorpions -MM-'s Dorinel Munteanu got a free kick in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Carpathians's Teobald Karanewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iurie Cocoș narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carpathians made a substitution. Alin Nichitelea replaced Cazimir Feteanu. Carpathians's Călin Ghioncu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergiu Golescu in the 76th minute of play. Gheorghe Ciurea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Iurie Cocoș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Ciurea in the 82nd minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Iurie Cocoș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Iurie Cocoș, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 85 minutes Scorpions -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Connor Hughes who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Carpathians's Connor Hughes to fire away a dangerous shot which Iurie Cocoș despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Scorpions -MM-'s Iurie Cocoș got control of the ball when Alin Nichitelea tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goal looked a bit too open when Costel Ţintă came free, but Călin Ghioncu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alin Nichitelea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iurie Cocoș having to interfere. Iurie Cocoș had great luck who in the 95thth minute grab hold of the ball when Dorel Pipirig from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Iurie Cocoș was a little too slow when Gheorghe Ciurea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 1-2. The Scorpions -MM- fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Carpathians were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
