After 14 minutes MXM Squad NS ★DAC★'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Costică Cârstea who took care of the corner kick. Sebastian Bungeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Stan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MXM Squad NS ★DAC★'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Costică Cârstea ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 26th minute Tudor Sântimbrean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Botgros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samet Mert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Horea Botgros made a huge save. MXM Squad NS ★DAC★'s Horea Botgros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save MXM Squad NS ★DAC★ from getting a goal against them. Samet Mert might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horea Botgros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
