Octav Stoicescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Giugiuc having to interfere. Costin Giugiuc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Oprescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Dumitru Zdrăilă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Jienescu was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 10thth minute of the game Dumitru Zdrăilă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GoalHunters's Daniel Jienescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 11 minutes of play, GoalHunters's Pedro Jerrold made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. GoalHunters's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, A.C. Milan's Dumitru Nichita got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute, Eduard Crăcană hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costin Giugiuc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Jerrold, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Jerrold in the 24th minute of play forced A.C. Milan's goalkeeper Costin Giugiuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Giugiuc having to interfere. Milan's Costin Giugiuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Jerrold in the 46th minute of play. Pedro Jerrold took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costin Giugiuc. Costin Giugiuc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The A.C. Milan players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GoalHunters were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Costică Chiriloaie made a kick off. Eduard Crăcană fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Jienescu having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Pedro Jerrold's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Costin Giugiuc was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. After some careless play in the A.C. Milan defense, Pedro Jerrold kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Costin Giugiuc. The A.C. Milan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Costin Giugiuc should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Crăcană in the 62nd minute of play forced GoalHunters's goalkeeper Daniel Jienescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66thth minute of the game Costică Chiriloaie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GoalHunters's Daniel Jienescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Costin Giugiuc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Jerrold's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute Dumitru Zdrăilă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Jienescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costin Giugiuc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octav Stoicescu in the 79th minute of the match. Daniel Jienescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costică Chiriloaie, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute Emil Gheară shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Jienescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, GoalHunters's goal looked a bit too open when Dumitru Zdrăilă came free, but Daniel Jienescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute of the match A.C. Milan got a corner. GoalHunters's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Flavius Dragotescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Daniel Jienescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costică Chiriloaie in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Emil Gheară ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Jienescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. With an all-out effort, GoalHunters's Costin Giugiuc threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pedro Jerrold, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The A.C. Milan supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching GoalHunters's performance. The match ended with a win for GoalHunters.
