In the 21st minute Alberto Scutti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xano Menendez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corrado Spitaleri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aniol Peña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Borgo Doria F.C. getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Lars Hellström hit a great ball. Corrado Spitaleri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aniol Peña in the 25th minute of play. Xano Menendez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Bottone in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Πυργετός Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Scutti came free, but Xano Menendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Πυργετός Fc's Xano Menendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Bottone in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aniol Peña in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corrado Spitaleri saved Borgo Doria F.C. from getting behind. Aniol Peña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aniol Peña to make the kick off. Borgo Doria F.C. were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
