An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Bot in the 16th minute of play forced PowerHawKings's goalkeeper Filippo Falasca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafa Lojewski was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Aurelio Della Rocca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aurelio Della Rocca really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Antonio Parikatev hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind PowerHawKings's goalkeeper Filippo Falasca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafa Lojewski made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Aurelio Della Rocca sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, Iustin Bâru notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of PowerHawKings's Filippo Falasca. Filippo Falasca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Filippo Falasca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iustin Bâru's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 32nd minute, Damiano Tatangelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when PowerHawKings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Di Monte didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40thth minute of the game Facundo Bot who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PowerHawKings's Filippo Falasca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Facundo Bot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damiano Tatangelo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iustin Bârus short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Filippo Falasca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rafa Lojewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Di Monte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Go Ahead Eagles's Iustin Bâru in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Erling Lewandowski replaced Iustin Bâru. The corner led to Go Ahead Eagles's Facundo Bot getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a defensive mix-up in PowerHawKings's zone, Erling Lewandowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filippo Falasca came out of the goal and Erling Lewandowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filippo Falasca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erling Lewandowski in the 84th minute of play. Rafa Lojewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damiano Tatangelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The Go Ahead Eagles players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
