The corner led Les Pionniers de Touraine's Léon Sureau to fire away a dangerous shot which Fulvio Pietropaolo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Abraham Beauval's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulvio Pietropaolo was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abraham Beauval in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulvio Pietropaolo saved A.C.Toro29 from getting behind. Emiliano Giusto scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tanek Zurawski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abraham Beauval in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulvio Pietropaolo saved A.C.Toro29 from getting behind. In the 27th minute Abraham Beauval suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Luiz Gustavo de Toledo charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Gustavo de Toledo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luiz Gustavo de Toledo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Fulvio Pietropaolo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Sureau, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 41 played minutes A.C.Toro29 got a freekick which was hit by Eraldo Roberto. After 45 minutes, Arvin Dahlbom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.C.Toro29 and the Les Pionniers de Touraine players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, A.C.Toro29's Arvin Dahlbom got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orhan Uğural stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the A.C.Toro29 defense, Hervé Malaise kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulvio Pietropaolo. The A.C.Toro29 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulvio Pietropaolo should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hervé Malaise got free with Fulvio Pietropaolo in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute Hervé Malaise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulvio Pietropaolo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Cuauhtémoc Cardenas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Les Pionniers de Touraine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.C.Toro29 the free kick. Cuauhtémoc Cardenas kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Les Pionniers de Touraine made a substitution. Big Burne replaced Clément Clavier. A collision led to Les Pionniers de Touraine getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Cuauhtémoc Cardenas hit a great ball. A.C.Toro29 made a substitution. Felice Juliano replaced Emiliano Giusto. Guga Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Fulvio Pietropaolo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hervé Malaise in the 77th minute. Hervé Malaise's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fulvio Pietropaolo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. When Les Pionniers de Touraine's Hervé Malaise in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hervé Malaise's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fulvio Pietropaolo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Fulvio Pietropaolo came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Les Pionniers de Touraine's Hervé Malaise. But to his dismay, Hervé Malaise quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A.C.Toro29 made a substitution. Ciro Furia replaced Dragoş Zgondea. The supporters of Les Pionniers de Touraine booed when A.C.Toro29 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guga Maia didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Les Pionniers de Touraine had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
