Montesacro FC's Anthony Del Gatto managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ahmed Sinan in the 24 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Palermo in the 46th minute of play forced Calenzano's goalkeeper Donato Balestra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Loco Palermo made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Montesacro FC's Edwin 雷震军 got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 95th minute, Pierrot Leenpoels reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Giacomo Casanova. The goal made the score 3-2. Montesacro FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
