Spectators: 195 (Terracing: 147, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ladislao Harriet made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Ground Control's goal looked a bit too open when Xanthos Fikias came free, but Fabien Nunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Rojelio kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Fabien Nunes came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Empire of Soccer's Wit Beton. But to his dismay, Wit Beton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Nestor Guillelmus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amine Philibert, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Wit Beton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Fabien Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabien Nunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Beton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Empire of Soccer's Wit Beton in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ground Control's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Empire of Soccer's zone, Amine Philibert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Guillelmus came out of the goal and Amine Philibert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, Empire of Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Amine Philibert came free, but Nestor Guillelmus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Empire of Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Karakevych came free, but Nestor Guillelmus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ground Control's Fabien Nunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Ground Control from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute of the match Empire of Soccer got a corner. Ground Control's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teukros Diplarakos ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ground Control's Fabien Nunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Ground Control from getting a goal against them. After 30 minutes, Igor Guiho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ground Control and the Empire of Soccer players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st minute, Igor Guiho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Ladislao Harriet made a precise shot to the right of Fabien Nunes. Ground Control's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Harriet got free with Fabien Nunes in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nestor Guillelmus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amine Philibert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

After a rather tough play, Empire of Soccer's Edvaldo Branco got a free kick in the 51st minute. After a rather tough play, Ground Control's Charlie Wiltord got a free kick in the 54th minute. Anton Karakevych received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Nestor Guillelmus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amine Philibert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ladislao Harriet came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Empire of Soccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Harriet couldn't finish the play. When Empire of Soccer's Xanthos Fikias in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ground Control's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xanthos Fikias in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabien Nunes saved Ground Control from getting behind. Fabien Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xanthos Fikias in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute Wit Beton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabien Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Amine Philibert dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nestor Guillelmus, 3-1. When the referee ended the match the Empire of Soccer players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
