Girondins4Ever's Zygmunt Bochinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Budimir in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, Girondins4Ever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicky Larson to maneuver through the defense. Zygmunt Bochinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Budimir, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Ivan Katalinić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicky Larson in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicky Larson in the 15th minute of play forced GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goalkeeper Ivan Katalinić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicky Larson in the 35th minute of play forced GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goalkeeper Ivan Katalinić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s zone, Nichifor Nimass stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Katalinić came out of the goal and Nichifor Nimass tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the match, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goal looked a bit too open when Nichifor Nimass came free, but Ivan Katalinić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nichifor Nimass sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nichifor Nimass might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Katalinić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nichifor Nimass ran back to his position shaking his head. Ivan Katalinić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Nimass in the 44th minute of play. If Nichifor Nimass had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ made a substitution. Florencio Hanni replaced Ninoslav Stipanić. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kazimir Vrebac to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Girondins4Ever's Nichifor Nimass ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ivan Katalinić. Ivan Katalinić yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Stanislav Miškić was substituted for Lino Budimir. After some careless play in the Girondins4Ever defense, Stanislav Miškić kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zygmunt Bochinski. The Girondins4Ever fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zygmunt Bochinski should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Ivan Katalinić got control of the ball when Nichifor Nimass tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nichifor Nimass got free with Ivan Katalinić in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Duarte Neiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ivan Katalinić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Girondins4Ever made a substitution. John-Paul Marquant replaced Nichifor Nimass. John-Paul Marquant received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivan Katalinić came out and tried to block the shot, but John-Paul Marquant slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 74th minute. Girondins4Ever's Igor Thibault was substituted for Nicky Larson. Girondins4Ever made a substitution. Jarod Castillo replaced Cao Peng Xiong. In the 80th minute of the match, John-Paul Marquant got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ivan Katalinić was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Kazimir Vrebac got a free kick in the 81st minute. If John-Paul Marquant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ivan Katalinić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John-Paul Marquant, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Ivan Katalinić was a little too slow when John-Paul Marquant got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Girondins4Ever walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
