Máté Kővárys short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Petr Čech to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Máté Kőváry who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Petr Čech when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jordy Dirks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Bandit Sarap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thiago Gol in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bandit Sarap prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thiago Gol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vérsárkány SE's Bandit Sarap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Gol in the 26th minute of play. Petr Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máté Kőváry in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Vérsárkány SE were awarded a corner. Tibor Kun went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Máté Kőváry got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Petr Čech quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thiago Gol scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bandit Sarap, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Gol came free, but Bandit Sarap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match SCs StarS got a corner. Vérsárkány SE's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florian Hekman ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led SCs StarS's Henk Zijden to fire away a dangerous shot which Bandit Sarap despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 45th minute, Thiago Gol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SCs StarS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thiago Gol to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's goal looked a bit too open when Tibor Kun came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tibor Kun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute Csongor Tálas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Csongor Tálas in the 54th minute of play forced SCs StarS's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petr Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nimród Tálas, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's goal looked a bit too open when Nimród Tálas came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of SCs StarS booed when Vérsárkány SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ateş Yavuzer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Máté Kőváry took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petr Čech. Petr Čech dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Vérsárkány SE's Bandit Sarap proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Vérsárkány SE from getting a goal against them. 76 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's goal looked a bit too open when Tibor Kun came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's goal looked a bit too open when Nimród Tálas came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Nimród Tálas notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of SCs StarS's Petr Čech. Petr Čech was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SCs StarS were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Vérsárkány SE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Florian Hekman took the corner. A collision led to Vérsárkány SE getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ákos Király hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Vérsárkány SE defense, Florian Hekman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bandit Sarap. The Vérsárkány SE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bandit Sarap should have stopped the shot. The Vérsárkány SE manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing SCs StarS to win.
