Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Stan Wawrinka made the kick off which started today's match. Gregor Kobel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Guerau in the 4th minute of play. After having played for 5 minutes, Alain Berset managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espen Steelers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alain Berset was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute, Alain Berset got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gregor Kobel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pablo Guerau in the 20th minute. Marco Moench made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alain Berset in the 21st minute of play. Pablo Guerau kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Alain Berset's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Moench was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. 26 minutes into the match, FC Wöllersdorf's goal looked a bit too open when Stan Wawrinka came free, but Marco Moench reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sauveur Ehrlichmann during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Andre Garbsch hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alain Berset in the 31st minute of play forced FC Wöllersdorf's goalkeeper Marco Moench to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alain Berset fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Moench having to interfere. Alain Berset recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pablo Guerau in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregor Kobel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Federico Abud kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. A collision led to Espen Steelers getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Federico Abud hit a great ball. Gavino Santo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Herbert Vester made a kick off. Espen Steelers's Gregor Kobel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bora Han Akbel in the 53rd minute of play. Marco Moench made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stan Wawrinka in the 58th minute of play. After 60 minutes FC Wöllersdorf's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Williams Imholz who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Ekain Menendez managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Torben Krabber kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Wöllersdorf's goalkeeper Marco Moench, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Stan Wawrinka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Moench was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. If Pablo Guerau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th match minute, Espen Steelers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Montez to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Herbert Vester ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregor Kobel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Marco Moench showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 95th minute, Roland Frings left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Wöllersdorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. FC Wöllersdorf were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Espen Steelers for a fine match.
