Spectators: 207 (Terracing: 156, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Thiago Gol kicked off to start the match. Espen Steelers's Gregor Kobel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthijs Ebbinge in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's Thiago Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregor Kobel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gregor Kobel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petr Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stan Wawrinka, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Gregor Kobel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordy Dirks in the 16th minute of the match. Thiago Gol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gregor Kobel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Petr Čech successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Williams Imholz fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Espen Steelers's protests and gave Williams Imholz a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Espen Steelers got a freekick which was hit by Williams Imholz. Gregor Kobel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Alain Berset ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petr Čech was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Odermatt in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petr Čech saved SCs StarS from getting behind. In the 37th minute Thiago Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregor Kobel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Alain Berset recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Petr Čech. Alain Berset showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0.

Espen Steelers made a substitution. Sauveur Ehrlichmann replaced Williams Imholz. In the 59th minute Rogelio Montez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matthijs Ebbinge hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stan Wawrinka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alain Berset in the 67th minute of play forced SCs StarS's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Abud kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Florian Hekman came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the SCs StarS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florian Hekman couldn't finish the play. Gregor Kobel came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by SCs StarS's Florian Hekman. But to his dismay, Florian Hekman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Gregor Kobel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Gol in the 79th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's goal looked a bit too open when Stan Wawrinka came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Espen Steelers's Gregor Kobel got control of the ball when Jordy Dirks tried to sneak it across the goal line.
