In the 5th match minute, FISHBONE 06 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvir Bešimović to maneuver through the defense. When Juan Ayuso came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Decathlon Dudes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Ayuso couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute Simon Hilhorst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Ubarna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Ubarna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Hilhorst, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, César Sousa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 16 minutes into the match, FISHBONE 06's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Ayuso came free, but Gavino Ubarna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Decathlon Dudes's zone, Branislav Cokić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. César Sousa came out of the goal and Branislav Cokić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 20 minutes into the match, FISHBONE 06's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Ayuso came free, but Gavino Ubarna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. César Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Branislav Cokić, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Gavino Ubarna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Hilhorst in the 26th minute of play. Branislav Cokić's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but César Sousa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when FISHBONE 06 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvir Bešimović didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Juan Ayuso notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FISHBONE 06's Gavino Ubarna. Gavino Ubarna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gavino Ubarna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Ayuso in the 37th minute of the match. Wilco Keldermans's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Ubarna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as FISHBONE 06's Joélson Laguna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of César Sousa. That made the score 2-1 after 44 minutes of play. Gavino Ubarna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Hilhorst in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joélson Laguna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Branislav Cokić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FISHBONE 06's goalkeeper Gavino Ubarna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gavino Ubarna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Ayuso in the 55th minute of play. In the 55th minute Juan Ayuso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Ubarna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. César Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joélson Laguna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. César Sousa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Branislav Cokić's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joélson Laguna in the 76th minute of play forced Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper César Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Ralph Meul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FISHBONE 06 made a substitution. Rekib Božić replaced Joélson Laguna. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when FISHBONE 06 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralph Meul didn't get a good kick on the ball. César Sousa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rekib Božić went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Ayuso in the 94th minute of play forced FISHBONE 06's goalkeeper Gavino Ubarna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FISHBONE 06 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Decathlon Dudes for a fine match.
