Lázaro Lizbeth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konstantin Pančur having to make a save. HIT Gorica's Konstantin Pančur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmie Nyemanting in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 7th minute of play forced HIT Gorica's goalkeeper Konstantin Pančur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kallistus Bussmann kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Luis Vázquez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konstantin Pančur having to make a save. After 13 minutes of play, B68 Toftir's Luis Vázquez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Konstantin Pančur was left in no man's land by his defense there! Konstantin Pančur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After 17 minutes, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. HIT Gorica's Konstantin Pančur tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Konstantin Pančur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Vázquez in the 20th minute of play. B68 Toftir's Maximino Goi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Konstantin Pančur in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 39th minute, László Tar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Duško Turnšek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Luis Vázquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantin Pančur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duško Turnšek hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After 56 played minutes HIT Gorica got a freekick which was hit by Duško Turnšek. With his leg Konstantin Pančur managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when B68 Toftir's Khvicha Kvaratskhelia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Konstantin Pančur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Lizbeth in the 60th minute of play. HIT Gorica made a substitution. Richard Koštomaj replaced László Tar. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Konstantin Pančur made a huge save. HIT Gorica's Wlodzimierz Wlodyga was substituted for Constantino Eguntsenti. B68 Toftir made a substitution. Bengt-Arne Blomberg replaced Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. B68 Toftir's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lázaro Lizbeth in the 85th minute. Konstantin Pančur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Goi in the 89th minute of the match. Antoni Zdrojewski charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antoni Zdrojewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luis Vázquez kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. B68 Toftir's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
