When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Kevin Arnolds took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Matthijs Meerdink to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefan Wotte got free with Matthijs Meerdink in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bierunese's Kevin Arnolds was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 10th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Werner Kamps took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavius Pantea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavius Pantea took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Werner Kamps. Werner Kamps dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 26 minutes into the game, Flavius Pantea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Werner Kamps was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Werner Kamps came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kirchroa's Flavius Pantea. But to his dismay, Flavius Pantea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Ramon María Quintana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

When Flavius Pantea came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the FC Kirchroa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavius Pantea couldn't finish the play. Pieter Denneboom charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pieter Denneboom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavius Pantea in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Werner Kamps prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramon María Quintana charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramon María Quintana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes FC Kirchroa got a freekick which was hit by Ramon María Quintana. Matthijs Meerdink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Arnolds in the 58th minute of the match. Bierunese were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after FC Kirchroa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Donato Alvarez took the corner. In the 72nd match minute, FC Kirchroa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Balkanlı to maneuver through the defense. Werner Kamps made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon María Quintana in the 79th minute of play. Matthijs Meerdink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacco Klijnstra in the 81st minute of the match. The supporters of FC Kirchroa booed when Bierunese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bennie Zandstra didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Bierunese defense, Adriaan van Schaik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Werner Kamps. The Bierunese fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Werner Kamps should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 3-5 when Flavius Pantea sped through Bierunese's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Werner Kamps. Bennie Zandstra hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Adriaan van Schaik took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Werner Kamps. Bierunese's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Although Bierunese had been in control for most of the match, FC Kirchroa still came away with the win.
