Olavarria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Matas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute, Hermelando Coello made a precise shot to the right of Michel Hendrickx. Olavarria FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 22 minutes into the match, Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper Kuido Undusk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaias Matas. Michel Hendrickx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Gendre in the 26th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's Catalino Rivarola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kuido Undusk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Hendrickx in the 31st minute of play forced Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hermelando Coello to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Les Presidents FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Matas came free, but Kuido Undusk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olavarria FC made a substitution. Ervigio Ojeda replaced Isaias Matas. 71 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermelando Coello. In the 96thth minute of the game Ervigio Ojeda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Les Presidents FC's Kuido Undusk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
