Eugen Tabãrã hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, one of FC Henter Somosd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Henter Somosd. Anibal Aritza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulises Ugaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Mees in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anibal Aritza, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Duda Imperatore kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Mircea Dadu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Wilian Baptista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Henter Somosd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Truseni the free kick. The supporters of FC Truseni booed when FC Henter Somosd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilian Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bart van Goetsenhoven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Aritza having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mircea Dadu in the 36th minute of play forced FC Henter Somosd's goalkeeper Paulo Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilian Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, FC Henter Somosd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duda Imperatore to maneuver through the defense. Nicolae Papuc hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bart van Goetsenhoven to make the kick off. Anibal Aritza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bart van Goetsenhoven in the 54th minute of play. Anibal Aritza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bart van Goetsenhoven's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Anibal Aritza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Mees, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Bart van Goetsenhoven's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anibal Aritza was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. But to his dismay, Frank Mees quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. FC Henter Somosd made a substitution. Emánuel Soltész replaced Ulises Ugaitz. FC Truseni's Anibal Aritza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Mees in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Frank Mees notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FC Truseni's Anibal Aritza. Anibal Aritza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emánuel Soltész in the 90th minute of play forced FC Truseni's goalkeeper Anibal Aritza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes in the game Alexei Jereghi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ruslan Cretu. In the 96th minute, George Pricop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Henter Somosd had played much better football throughout.
