Paulo Leão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Henter Somosd's Arnd Schade was substituted for Bart van Goetsenhoven. 77 minutes into the match, FC Rägi's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Ugaitz came free, but Zachariasz Moryl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tamás Antal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Zachariasz Moryl made a huge save. In the 85th minute, Frank Mees got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Frank Mees had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 97 minutes into the game, FC Rägi's Wilbur Charette nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulo Leão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The FC Henter Somosd supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Henter Somosd would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
