Owain Wollenmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kajetan Dawiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Gruenewald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the game, Ad Fundum's Jordi Paschiers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Heiner Studer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Tran Vrolijcx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tran Vrolijcx in the 16th minute of play forced 1. FC Union Weberei's goalkeeper Heiner Studer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heiner Studer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordi Paschiers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Aurel Cornea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heiner Studer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tran Vrolijcx in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Heiner Studer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute Bonifatius Scarano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Dawiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind 1. FC Union Weberei's goalkeeper Heiner Studer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Jordi Paschiers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Tomás Baldaia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heiner Studer having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Owain Wollenmann took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Kajetan Dawiec to make any attempt to save it. Owain Wollenmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Kajetan Dawiec made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bonifatius Scarano made a kick off. If Aurel Cornea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1. FC Union Weberei's Heiner Studer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save 1. Heiner Studer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tran Vrolijcx in the 72nd minute of play. Heiner Studer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Cornea in the 76th minute of the match. Kajetan Dawiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Gruenewald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Baldaia got free with Heiner Studer in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 89 minutes into the match, 1. FC Union Weberei's goal looked a bit too open when Jordi Paschiers came free, but Heiner Studer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes, Owain Wollenmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1. FC Union Weberei and the Ad Fundum players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ad Fundum's Kajetan Dawiec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Pierucci in the 93rd minute of play. Heiner Studer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jordi Paschiers showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 94 minute of play.
