Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matúš Závodský in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurice Himschoot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the match, NK FOLKROLA's goal looked a bit too open when Ondrej Poliovka came free, but Maurice Himschoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, ŠK Horelica's goal looked a bit too open when Teodor Čerina came free, but Marcelo Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ŠK Horelica's Marcelo Gagriel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save ŠK Horelica from getting a goal against them. Marcelo Gagriel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael Roldanillo in the 14th minute. Maurice Himschoot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matúš Závodský's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Matúš Závodský who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NK FOLKROLA's Maurice Himschoot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelo Gagriel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Čerina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurice Himschoot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabino Monsanto in the 20th minute of play. NK FOLKROLA's Maurice Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matúš Závodský in the 30th minute of play. With his leg Marcelo Gagriel managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when NK FOLKROLA's Ismael Roldanillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. ŠK Horelica's Marcelo Gagriel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save ŠK Horelica from getting a goal against them. Marcelo Gagriel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodor Čerina in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matúš Závodský stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The NK FOLKROLA fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when NK FOLKROLA's Teodor Čerina looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lun Majstorović in the 63rd minute of play forced ŠK Horelica's goalkeeper Marcelo Gagriel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ŠK Horelica's Marcelo Gagriel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodor Čerina in the 66th minute of play. With an all-out effort, ŠK Horelica's Maurice Himschoot threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matúš Závodský, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in NK FOLKROLA's zone, Matúš Závodský stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurice Himschoot came out of the goal and Matúš Závodský tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of NK FOLKROLA booed when ŠK Horelica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Øvsthus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute Ismael Roldanillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gagriel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Matúš Závodský sped through NK FOLKROLA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maurice Himschoot. When NK FOLKROLA's Lun Majstorović in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
