The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergey Blynskih got free with Helmut Alabor in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Helmut Alabor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Bolshakov in the 8th minute of the match. FC Triesenberg's Helmut Alabor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grigoriy Agapov in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Grigoriy Agapov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Helmut Alabor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Grigoriy Agapov dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Helmut Alabor, 2-0. FC Triesenberg's Helmut Alabor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grigoriy Agapov in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of FC Triesenberg booed when STORM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rostislav Averchenko didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, FC Triesenberg's Antonio Jauch tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Antonio Sengrat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorsten Nägele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helmut Alabor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grigoriy Agapov in the 32nd minute. Grigoriy Agapov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Denis Lavrentev took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Helmut Alabor to make any attempt to save it. In the 44th minute, STORM's Anton Varlamov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Helmut Alabor. Helmut Alabor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

STORM made a substitution. Mathis Plum replaced Raimundo Librado. STORM's Maksim Khomukha was substituted for Leonid Sokolov. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Denis Lavrentev made a kick off. Antonio Jauch kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Stepan Holodovskiy scored 5-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Helmut Alabor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Helmut Alabor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigoriy Agapov, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute Roman Bolshakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helmut Alabor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 minutes, Roman Bolshakov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the STORM and the FC Triesenberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to STORM getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Roman Bolshakov hit a great ball. Laurin Schlegel kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Grigoriy Agapov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The STORM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Helmut Alabor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Lavrentev in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th match minute, FC Triesenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Fischer to maneuver through the defense. Grigoriy Agapov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Sengrat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thorsten Nägele in the 79th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Grigoriy Agapov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Helmut Alabor. FC Triesenberg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Grigoriy Agapov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. 92 minutes into the game, Roman Bolshakov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Helmut Alabor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute, Grigoriy Agapov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thorsten Nägele came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Antonio Sengrat could save by the left post. There was no doubt that STORM were the better team. STORM's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
