The corner led Vivant's Youri Van Der Talen to fire away a dangerous shot which Geovani Baiano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Clemente Cisneros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Geovani Baiano made a huge save. Geovani Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Larry Hallam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vivant's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vladyslav Galuschak was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Kolos's players had a chance to rest. 20 minutes into the match, FC Kolos's goal looked a bit too open when Hilário Bento came free, but Geovani Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claitinho Marley succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 21st playminute. Larry Hallam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovani Baiano having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Hilário Bento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geovani Baiano. FC Kolos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hilário Bento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 56th minute, Marin Lipets left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vivant fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Marin Lipets hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute Marin Lipets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovani Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Kolos's goalkeeper Geovani Baiano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
