An unexpectedly hard shot by Bodo Oster in the 3rd minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Méndez Marfa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dries De Raeijmaeker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Michele Rieger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Janusz Skaradowski charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janusz Skaradowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Janusz Skaradowski hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Michele Rieger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsene Van Mechelen, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Bodo Oster scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Méndez Marfa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Méndez Marfa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Bumba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bodo Oster in the 16th minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Méndez Marfa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Méndez Marfa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Lodbrok in the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to Fox Hunting Squad getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Dries De Raeijmaeker hit a great ball. Méndez Marfa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bodo Oster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axenstein's Michele Rieger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Axenstein from getting a goal against them. After 40 played minutes Nic Adams rounded Axenstein's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nic Adams in the 43rd minute of play forced Axenstein's goalkeeper Michele Rieger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michele Rieger made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Nic Adams sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Michele Rieger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nic Adams in the 54th minute of the match. Michele Rieger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsene Van Mechelen in the 55th minute of play. Méndez Marfa made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Ragnar Lodbrok sent off a good shot on target. Dries De Raeijmaeker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Axenstein's goalkeeper Michele Rieger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Axenstein's Michele Rieger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nic Adams in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's Dries De Raeijmaeker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Michele Rieger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dries De Raeijmaeker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Michele Rieger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michele Rieger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dries De Raeijmaeker, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After some careless play in the Axenstein defense, Nic Adams kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michele Rieger. The Axenstein fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michele Rieger should have stopped the shot. Michele Rieger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nic Adams, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 87 played minutes Fox Hunting Squad got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Bourgeois. With a little luck, Fox Hunting Squad's Méndez Marfa got control of the ball when Ragnar Lodbrok tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ragnar Lodbrok 88 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-2. Michele Rieger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nic Adams, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fox Hunting Squad's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nic Adams in the 96th minute. A nice corner shot did that Arsene Van Mechelen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Michele Rieger quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
