After a rather tough play, NFC Eagles 22's Jaap Zuidam got a free kick in the 6th minute. Danail Mitzakov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 盛世 高文竞, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 盛世 高文竞's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Danail Mitzakov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Maritza booed when NFC Eagles 22 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raymond Schouten didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th match minute, NFC Eagles 22 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cido da Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Feliks Chwalkiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zapryan Tuparov kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Ted Jansen struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Danail Mitzakov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NFC Eagles 22. After 17 played minutes Maritza got a freekick which was hit by Feliks Chwalkiewicz. In the 19th minute, 盛世 高文竞 made a precise shot to the right of Danail Mitzakov. Maritza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Danail Mitzakov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 盛世 高文竞, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. NFC Eagles 22's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ted Jansen in the 23rd minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Maritza's goalie and right to Raymond Schouten. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Maritza's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 盛世 高文竞 in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danail Mitzakov saved Maritza from getting behind. A sloppy throw-in by Feliks Chwalkiewicz in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by NFC Eagles 22's Ron Moermans. 29 minutes into the match, Maritza's goal looked a bit too open when 盛世 高文竞 came free, but Danail Mitzakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciccio Tacconi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Hubina, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Danail Mitzakov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 盛世 高文竞 in the 32nd minute of play. NFC Eagles 22's Ciccio Tacconi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save NFC Eagles 22 from getting a goal against them. 35 minutes into the match, Zoltán Hubina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciccio Tacconi. NFC Eagles 22's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zoltán Hubina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 39th play minutes Zoltán Hubina shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Ciccio Tacconi and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in Maritza's zone, 盛世 高文竞 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danail Mitzakov came out of the goal and 盛世 高文竞 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute, Zoltán Hubina reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ciccio Tacconi. The goal made the score 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Danail Mitzakov made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when 盛世 高文竞 sent off a good shot on target. Danail Mitzakov was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and 盛世 高文竞 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 盛世 高文竞 really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. In the 78th minute, 盛世 高文竞 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Danail Mitzakov. The goal made the score 3-3. Maritza made a substitution. Danang Juanda replaced Pavlin Dzhegalski. In the 82nd minute, Marin Nikolkov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maritza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. 盛世 高文竞 scored 4-4 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danail Mitzakov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ciccio Tacconi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoltán Hubina in the 93rd minute of the match.
