With a little luck, Iskra Łódź's Simamane Cassim got control of the ball when Piotr Rybak tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Szymon Cichowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Piotr Rybak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Simamane Cassim when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Simamane Cassim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Rybak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Iskra Łódź's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Cichowski came free, but Simamane Cassim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Szymon Cichowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simamane Cassim was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Piotr Rybak kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Kurdwanów FC's Piotr Rybak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simamane Cassim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 28th match minute, Iskra Łódź was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Basaik to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Piotr Rybak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kurdwanów FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Piotr Rybak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simamane Cassim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denizhan Hakyemez hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kurdwanów FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Jerzy Rzegotka hit a great ball. Jerzy Rzegotka's late challenge caught a Iskra Łódź's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerzy Rzegotka helped the player get up and apologised. Kurdwanów FC made a substitution. Waldemar Karanowski replaced Piotr Rybak. Jerzy Rzegotka hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 63 played minutes, Iskra Łódź's Evstati Chomakov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xavion Chavarri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Iskra Łódź reached it. In the 68th minute Emil Koprowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xavion Chavarri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simamane Cassim came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Kurdwanów FC's Waldemar Karanowski. But to his dismay, Waldemar Karanowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Kurdwanów FC's Gabi Neves was substituted for Rodrigo Cugat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denizhan Hakyemez in the 75th minute of play forced Kurdwanów FC's goalkeeper Xavion Chavarri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 played minutes Kurdwanów FC got a freekick which was hit by Dobromir Kiewra. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Karanowski in the 79th minute of play forced Iskra Łódź's goalkeeper Simamane Cassim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute Waldemar Karanowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simamane Cassim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Witold Majerowicz fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kurdwanów FC's protests and gave Witold Majerowicz a yellow card for diving instead. The Kurdwanów FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
