The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 5th minute, one of KS SOLEC KUJAWSKI:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KS SOLEC KUJAWSKI. Remigiusz Fleischer had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Jacek Kolbe's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Pogoń Stawiszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Mariusz Daszkowski came free, but Gilbert Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Ryszard Pilipiec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigiusz Fleischer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute Mariusz Daszkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Podolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute Adam Kaznocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigiusz Fleischer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36thth minute of the game Mariusz Daszkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pogoń Stawiszyn's Gilbert Podolski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mariusz Daszkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Podolski having to interfere. Remigiusz Fleischer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Pilipiec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Kazimierz Dylla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Remigiusz Fleischer made a huge save. Gilbert Podolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Kasperowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Radoslaw Trojanowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Remigiusz Fleischer made a huge save. Ryszard Pilipiec struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Remigiusz Fleischer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pogoń Stawiszyn. Benedykt Kasperowicz hit a great ball. When Pogoń Stawiszyn's Ryszard Pilipiec in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KS SOLEC KUJAWSKI's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind KS SOLEC KUJAWSKI's goalkeeper Remigiusz Fleischer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Remigiusz Fleischer was a little too slow when Ryszard Pilipiec got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-1. KS SOLEC KUJAWSKI made a substitution. Roch Zatorski replaced Mariusz Daszkowski. After 68 played minutes KS SOLEC KUJAWSKI got a freekick which was hit by Kajetan Brudzisz. Benedykt Kasperowicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilbert Podolski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Dawid Cwojdak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KS SOLEC KUJAWSKI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pogoń Stawiszyn the free kick. Dawid Cwojdak kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, KS SOLEC KUJAWSKI's goalkeeper Remigiusz Fleischer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryszard Pilipiec. 81 minutes into the game, Adam Kaznocha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Remigiusz Fleischer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Pogoń Stawiszyn booed when KS SOLEC KUJAWSKI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kajetan Brudzisz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 played minutes Pogoń Stawiszyn got a freekick which was hit by Mieszko Bartelak. Gilbert Podolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedykt Kasperowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The KS SOLEC KUJAWSKI fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pogoń Stawiszyn were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
