In the 4th minute of the match, Adam Walkowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Igor Siekierski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Walkowski got free with Igor Siekierski in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Czeslaw Tipinski took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedykt Kajfasz. Benedykt Kajfasz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Adam Walkowski came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Walkowski couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Tipinski in the 19th minute of play forced ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006's goalkeeper Benedykt Kajfasz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Czeslaw Tipinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedykt Kajfasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedykt Kajfasz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariusz Mroczynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Czeslaw Tipinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedykt Kajfasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute of the match Andrzej Cichocki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benedykt Kajfasz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Adam Walkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Walkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Siekierski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
