In the 36th minute Zorko Hendrickx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Józef Wandzik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zorko Hendrickx stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roch Olchawa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Skogli in the 54th minute of play. If Fred-Marc Firmino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Cosmos 1984 NewDance's goal looked a bit too open when Bogumil Dziurowicz came free, but Józef Wandzik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roch Olchawa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 67 played minutes ACR SA got a freekick which was hit by Kuddusî Tozan. Tymoteusz Rakowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roch Olchawa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Skogli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fred-Marc Firmino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Józef Wandzik came out and tried to block the shot, but Fred-Marc Firmino slotted it home off the left post making it 4-2 in the 72nd minute. 78 minutes into the game, Przemyslaw Przybylo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Roch Olchawa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Jan Pietras was substituted for Tymoteusz Rakowski. In the 82nd minute, Zorko Hendrickx made a precise shot to the right of Józef Wandzik. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-3. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Remigiusz Barys was substituted for Aleksander Skogli. In the 86th play minute Fred-Marc Firmino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Józef Wandzik. 5-4. 89 minutes into the game, Fred-Marc Firmino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-5. Józef Wandzik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95thth minute of the game Przemyslaw Przybylo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ACR SA's Roch Olchawa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
