The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. KAMILOS's Roland Alström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Kajder in the 2nd minute of play. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind APPLE KIELCE 1985's goalkeeper Aureliusz Frankowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emanuel Ogazón hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute Ramon Del Piero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Alström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to APPLE KIELCE 1985 getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Emanuel Ogazón hit a great ball. Jerzy Blicharz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aureliusz Frankowski firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 31st match minute, KAMILOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Pleban to maneuver through the defense. Jerzy Blicharz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Aureliusz Frankowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, APPLE KIELCE 1985's Ramon Del Piero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roland Alström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 37th minute Ramon Del Piero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Alström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliusz Frankowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Lodowy, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Roland Alström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Del Piero's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filip Skrzypek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Skrzypek in the 56th minute of play forced KAMILOS's goalkeeper Roland Alström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michal Banan took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aureliusz Frankowski. Aureliusz Frankowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Roland Alström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for APPLE KIELCE 1985. 84 minutes into the match, APPLE KIELCE 1985's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Lodowy came free, but Aureliusz Frankowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute Ramon Del Piero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Alström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Konrad Lodowy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. APPLE KIELCE 1985's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because KAMILOS had won, even though APPLE KIELCE 1985 had held more of the ball.
