Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Tomás Clodio made the kick off and thus started the match. Boruc Pisarczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, KS Górnik Wieliczka's Konrad Brudnicki got a free kick in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the match, KS Górnik Wieliczka's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel-Andrés Messi came free, but Marcos Joseph reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Boruc Pisarczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lionel-Andrés Messi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Joseph having to interfere. Sylwester Chazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witalis Pinczewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Arkadiusz Kuszczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Witalis Pinczewski in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sylwester Chazon saved Pretoria Gostyń from getting behind. After having played for 37 minutes, Tomás Clodio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pretoria Gostyń's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Clodio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Joseph was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lionel-Andrés Messi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 39 minute of play. In the 45th minute, Pretoria Gostyń's Tomás Clodio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Witalis Pinczewski made a kick off. KS Górnik Wieliczka's Marcos Joseph played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 54th minute of play. Lionel-Andrés Messi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Joseph having to interfere. Pretoria Gostyń's Sylwester Chazon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Pretoria Gostyń from getting a goal against them. Marcos Joseph made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Clodio in the 58th minute of play. Tomás Clodio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Joseph prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the match, KS Górnik Wieliczka's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Clodio came free, but Marcos Joseph reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Pretoria Gostyń booed when KS Górnik Wieliczka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Pelsø didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Joseph made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Clodio in the 81st minute of play. Pankracy Kosel kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. If Tomás Clodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Boruc Pisarczyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pretoria Gostyń fans cheered their team off the field, for while KS Górnik Wieliczka had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
