The audience was convinced that Edmund Kochniarczyk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fryderyk Golembiewski was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Julian Dembowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Betonowy having to interfere. Fryderyk Golembiewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Treppa in the 36th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Roland Treppa put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Fryderyk Golembiewski. Fryderyk Golembiewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Kochniarczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roland Treppa was the one to do the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, CF Apaches's goalkeeper Fryderyk Golembiewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roland Treppa. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Fryderyk Golembiewski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Edmund Kochniarczyk might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fryderyk Golembiewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmund Kochniarczyk ran back to his position shaking his head. CF Apaches's Zygmunt Dudzik was substituted for Julian Dembowski. Edmund Kochniarczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Fryderyk Golembiewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michal Betonowy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Dudzik in the 89th minute of the match.
