The tension between the Słodkie Cytryny and the Gleszcz SSA players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Miromir Pysz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 16 minutes had been played. Słodkie Cytryny's Damian Ruszkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Sala in the 24th minute of play. If Babhruvahana Jebali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gleszcz SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Słodkie Cytryny the free kick. The supporters of Słodkie Cytryny booed when Gleszcz SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Inautzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 69 played minutes Słodkie Cytryny got a freekick which was hit by Jacek Wasikowski. Damian Ruszkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerzy Jekot, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Jacek Wasikowski made a precise shot to the right of Ignacy Piczak. Gleszcz SSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Jacek Wasikowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacy Piczak having to interfere. 2-0 became the score in the 80th minute when Babhruvahana Jebali elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Słodkie Cytryny booed when Gleszcz SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Zachemski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacek Wasikowski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ignacy Piczak. Gleszcz SSA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Babhruvahana Jebali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ignacy Piczak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gleszcz SSA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
