Zula Plaski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 21 minutes, Edgar Gondela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PTC Pabianice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Gondela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Zula Plaski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Edgar Gondela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ryszard Lerych was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Edgar Gondela dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 73 minutes into the game, Zdzislaw Sroka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. POLONIA BYTOM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PTC Pabianice the free kick. Tobiasz Rosiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Borys Wolnik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateusz Damazki in the 77th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, PTC Pabianice's Boleslaw Ramzinski tried to score from far away in the 92nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bartosz Kiepski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Borys Wolnik made a huge save.
