In the 32nd match minute, MKS Legion Częstochowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachary Naskrent to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute Cavad Lider shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paco Dean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, MKS Legion Częstochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Cavad Lider came free, but Paco Dean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lucas Moura sped through MKS Legion Częstochowa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paco Dean. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Cavad Lider put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Paco Dean. After the first half Husaria Tarnów were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Valter Festas made the kick off in the second half. Paco Dean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Moura in the 54th minute of the match. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind MKS Legion Częstochowa's goalkeeper Paco Dean, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, MKS Legion Częstochowa's goalkeeper Paco Dean had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cavad Lider. With a little luck, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Paco Dean got control of the ball when Cavad Lider tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Valter Festas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Husaria Tarnów booed when MKS Legion Częstochowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valter Festas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chants of Husaria Tarnów echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as MKS Legion Częstochowa had held the ball for most of the match.
