Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Yannik Meersmans took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steen Müür. Steen Müür dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After having played for 8 minutes, Carsten Zoetebier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De hijgende Hertjes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carsten Zoetebier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carsten Zoetebier took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximiliano Mundo. Maximiliano Mundo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to De hijgende Hertjes getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Han Kostermans hit a great ball. After 18 played minutes Lopidato FC got a freekick which was hit by Renaud Van der Vloedt. Lopidato FC's Maximiliano Mundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freek Pinksteren in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, De hijgende Hertjes's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dominic Cornelis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 23 played minutes De hijgende Hertjes got a freekick which was hit by Dimitrie Iepmann. Carsten Zoetebier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Demirhan Sağınç's late challenge caught a De hijgende Hertjes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Demirhan Sağınç helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Lopidato FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demirhan Sağınç to maneuver through the defense. Steen Müür made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman De Strijcker in the 29th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Herman De Strijcker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lopidato FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Herman De Strijcker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steen Müür breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Herman De Strijcker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steen Müür made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Dominic Cornelis sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lopidato FC's goalkeeper Maximiliano Mundo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in De hijgende Hertjes fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! In the 48th minute, the referee gave Lopidato FC a penalty. Yannik Meersmans looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Steen Müür. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Herman De Strijcker made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Yannik Meersmans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steen Müür saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute of the match Lopidato FC got a corner. De hijgende Hertjes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vic Jennes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lopidato FC's Herman De Strijcker got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Steen Müür took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demirhan Sağınç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 minutes De hijgende Hertjes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vic Jennes who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Vic Jennes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Steen Müür quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Steen Müür made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yannik Meersmans in the 78th minute of play. Herman De Strijcker took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steen Müür. Steen Müür dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After some careless play in the De hijgende Hertjes defense, Yannik Meersmans kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Steen Müür. The De hijgende Hertjes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Steen Müür should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Stephen Smidts sped through De hijgende Hertjes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Steen Müür. In the 95th minute, Stephen Smidts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lopidato FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Stephen Smidts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lopidato FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
