Valentin Forssberg kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 19 minutes, Billy Sundberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boomerang Bombers and the Balla Bollar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Billy Sundberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20thth minute of the game Jonas Wiman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boomerang Bombers's Carl Askelöf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 25 played minutes Boomerang Bombers got a freekick which was hit by Åke Lundström. 27 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Balla Bollar's Magnus Glanselius fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Wiman in the 31st minute of play forced Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Carl Askelöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute of the match, Arman Högström got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ian Vestlund was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ian Vestlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Dalgren in the 39th minute of the match. Boomerang Bombers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arman Högström in the 40th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jörn Hellsing during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jörn Hellsing hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stig Dalgren got free with Ian Vestlund in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stig Dalgren took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ian Vestlund. Ian Vestlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stig Dalgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Alvin Axelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arman Högström in the 52nd minute of play forced Balla Bollar's goalkeeper Ian Vestlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olof Nyberg charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olof Nyberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Olof Nyberg hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Åke Lundström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ian Vestlund was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Balla Bollar's Ian Vestlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arman Högström in the 60th minute of play. Valentin Forssberg's late challenge caught a Boomerang Bombers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Forssberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Balla Bollar's Valentin Forssberg got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ian Vestlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arman Högström in the 71st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Stig Dalgren sped through Balla Bollar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ian Vestlund. 79 minutes into the match, Arman Högström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ian Vestlund. Balla Bollar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arman Högström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Stig Dalgren put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ian Vestlund. Boomerang Bombers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
