Edvard Ferm had in the 34thth minute some difficulties stopping Edgard Alves's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Morris FC's Edvard Ferm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Morris FC from getting a goal against them. Edvard Ferm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyryl Kiewra in the 39th minute of the match. When %teams%'s Cyryl Kiewra was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 43 minutes into the game. Edvard Ferm was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danny Amand in the 46th minute of play forced Lekparken FC's goalkeeper Sigge Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oskar Kellberg kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The Morris FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvard Ferm should have stopped the shot. The Lekparken FC fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Lekparken FC's Cyryl Kiewra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 95th minute Cyryl Kiewra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvard Ferm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
