With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingmar Berglund in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roar Klev saved Mountainhammer United from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Mountainhammer United's Arne Back dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Jimmy Grep managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falconer FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jimmy Grep was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roar Klev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olof Lustig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mårten Olsman, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Verner Giliusson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Falconer FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mountainhammer United the free kick. In the 34th minute, Henric Sefastsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Allan Henriksson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olof Lustig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Back, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Aron Blom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olof Lustig. Falconer FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aron Blom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 57th minute, Mårten Olsman made a precise shot to the right of Olof Lustig. Falconer FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Eric Västlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Olof Lustig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Häll in the 62nd minute of play. Falconer FC's Olof Lustig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mårten Olsman in the 64th minute of play. Henric Sefastsson hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Mountainhammer United fully deserved thier win.
