Mark Björnsson started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Segmon IF's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Björnsson came free, but Alfons Glad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hans Löfgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Löfdahl in the 9th minute of the match. Alfons Glad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isak Lundin in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Vennerdal in the 13th minute of play forced Segmon IF's goalkeeper Alfons Glad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Meng Chao Ying fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Löfgren having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Mark Björnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 minutes Björkhöjden's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joseph Österlund who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Segmon IF's corner Robert Dubiel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hans Löfgren quite easily take care of the ball. Segmon IF's Alfons Glad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isak Lundin in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Jack Vennerdal made a precise shot to the right of Alfons Glad. Segmon IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Hans Löfgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Meng Chao Ying in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Segmon IF getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Robert Dubiel hit a great ball. Alfons Glad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isak Lundin in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Björkhöjden's goal looked a bit too open when Meng Chao Ying came free, but Hans Löfgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfons Glad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Vennerdal in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Robert Dubiel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hans Löfgren. The goal made the score 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leif Löfdahl to make the kick off. Alfons Glad was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Henric Kielstedt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 52 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jack Vennerdal got free with Alfons Glad in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Björnsson in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfons Glad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Segmon IF's Alfons Glad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isak Lundin in the 58th minute of play. After 59 minutes Segmon IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ingmar Qvarnström who took care of the corner kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Björkhöjden's Mark Björnsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfons Glad. That made the score 1-3 after 62 minutes of play. Alfons Glad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isak Lundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Ingmar Qvarnström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfons Glad made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Jack Vennerdal sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Björnsson in the 72nd minute of play forced Segmon IF's goalkeeper Alfons Glad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hans Löfgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Dubiel in the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Isak Lundin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Glad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Segmon IF booed when Björkhöjden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Bengtsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robert Dubiel scored 2-3 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hans Löfgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Segmon IF's Alfons Glad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Segmon IF from getting a goal against them. In the 89th match minute, Segmon IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Finnman to maneuver through the defense. When Ingmar Qvarnström came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Björkhöjden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingmar Qvarnström couldn't finish the play. Alfons Glad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henric Kielstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Alfons Glad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isak Lundin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, Segmon IF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mark Björnsson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Segmon IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Björkhöjden:s goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Björkhöjden walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
