An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Pracki in the 27th minute of play forced Grytöl's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Västlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Ertuğrul Ilıcan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Erik Västlund. Grytöl's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ertuğrul Ilıcan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Malcolm Wållander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Erik Västlund having to interfere. After some careless play in the Grytöl defense, Tadeusz Pracki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Erik Västlund. The Grytöl fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Erik Västlund should have stopped the shot. After 40 played minutes Solberga BK got a freekick which was hit by Richard Giliusson. If Bengt-Arne Torstensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 43rd minute, Filip Kruse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Grytöl getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Richard Josefsson hit a great ball. Karl-Erik Västlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeusz Pracki in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Karl-Erik Västlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Wållander in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Solberga BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Giliusson to maneuver through the defense. Claes Henriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Nils Lindholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grytöl's Karl-Erik Västlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Giliusson in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Solberga BK's Umur Şanalp got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 66 minutes into the game, Kent Wenerdahl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Nils Lindholm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kent Wenerdahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Nils Lindholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Tadeusz Pracki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Erik Västlund. Grytöl's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tadeusz Pracki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The supporters of Grytöl booed when Solberga BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Giliusson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Solberga BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Kruse to maneuver through the defense. When Solberga BK's Ertuğrul Ilıcan, in the 91st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Solberga BK. A collision led to Grytöl getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Mats Ström hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Grytöl's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Pracki came free, but Karl-Erik Västlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Solberga BK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
