After having played for 14 minutes, Lars Vik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Woopbongo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars Vik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper Folke Bure had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Albohm. Folke Bure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Vik in the 18th minute of play. Villiam Askelöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nisse Jul, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. A collision led to Woopbongo getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Lars Vik hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, Nisse Jul notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Woopbongo's Villiam Askelöf. Villiam Askelöf was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 41st minute of the match Anders Byström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Villiam Askelöf showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Woopbongo's goalkeeper Villiam Askelöf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Nisse Jul made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's Nisse Jul sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Villiam Askelöf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 54th minute Valdemar Tomasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villiam Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Folke Bure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Vik in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute of the match Woopbongo got a corner. North Pole Kickers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edgar Albohm ran over to the corner to take the kick. Nisse Jul's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Villiam Askelöf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Tomasson in the 65th minute of play forced Woopbongo's goalkeeper Villiam Askelöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Edgar Albohm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Woopbongo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Nisse Jul might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Villiam Askelöf. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nisse Jul ran back to his position shaking his head. Villiam Askelöf made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Nisse Jul sent off a good shot on target. Villiam Askelöf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nisse Jul in the 75th minute. In the 77th match minute, Woopbongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Albohm to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Woopbongo's Villiam Askelöf got control of the ball when Nisse Jul tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Woopbongo booed when North Pole Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nisse Jul didn't get a good kick on the ball. North Pole Kickers were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Woopbongo to leave the ground with a draw.
