The referee ignored Pepsi FC's protests and gave Hu Sheng Nan a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Pepsi FC got a freekick which was hit by Hu Sheng Nan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hu Sheng Nan in the 8th minute of play forced Ytterby FF's goalkeeper Valentin Åkerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Tommy Åström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The supporters of Pepsi FC booed when Ytterby FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes of play, Pepsi FC's Qi Sha Zhen made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. When the final whistle sounded Pepsi FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ytterby FF.
