The crowd rose to their feet as Pepsi FC's Hu Sheng Nan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jan Jelm. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Jan Jelm made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Hu Sheng Nan sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Pepsi FC booed when Zendium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Öman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Zendium's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Stensson came free, but Jan Jelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Jelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qi Sha Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Andréas Stigsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hu Sheng Nan came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jan Jelm could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mårten Blom in the 27th minute of play forced Pepsi FC's goalkeeper Christer Forsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 minutes, Jim Brenner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pepsi FC and the Zendium players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Jim Brenner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Pepsi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mårten Blom came free, but Christer Forsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pepsi FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Qi Sha Zhen hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sture Stensson in the 45th minute of play forced Zendium's goalkeeper Jan Jelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Qi Sha Zhen notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Zendium's Jan Jelm. Jan Jelm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sture Stensson was the one to do the kick off. Jan Jelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hu Sheng Nan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Sture Stensson put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jan Jelm. Hu Sheng Nan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Jan Jelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Jelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Cutberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Hu Sheng Nan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Jelm was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Jonas Bengtsson came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Christer Forsberg could save by the left post. Zendium's Jan Jelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Cutberto in the 94th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Zendium players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pepsi FC.
