Roman Jakes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 20 played minutes Stardust Unicorns XI got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Haitz. After a rather tough play, Stjärnblomster's Patrik Smefeldt got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute Eugen Iurașcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulf Skoog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Roman Jakes notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Stjärnblomster's Philip Gallin. Philip Gallin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sirius Thunderchild made in the 29th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Frits Andriessen. Patrik Smefeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Philip Gallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Jakes in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Stjärnblomster made a substitution. Aprígio Aleixo replaced Patrik Smefeldt. Stjärnblomster's Steffen Kullgren was substituted for Eugen Iurașcu. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roman Jakes was the one to do the kick off. Ulf Skoog didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Steffen Kullgren went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Roman Jakes struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Philip Gallin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stardust Unicorns XI. Stardust Unicorns XI's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
