Nunez Oriol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Nyberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Fırat Çakıroğlu took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nunez Oriol. Nunez Oriol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nunez Oriol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 21st minute of play forced Onsjö FF's goalkeeper Nunez Oriol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benne Cider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denílson Scherer in the 24th minute of the match. Berriotxoa Domingo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benne Cider having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Onsjö FF's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Nyberg came free, but Nunez Oriol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 minutes, Teodoro Boal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lobster if and the Onsjö FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 played minutes Lobster if got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Boal. Denílson Scherer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Benne Cider tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 37 played minutes Lobster if got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Cruz. Onsjö FF's Berriotxoa Domingo got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 43 played minutes Onsjö FF got a freekick which was hit by Georg Wassenius. 44 minutes into the match, Lobster if's Dan Nyberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nunez Oriol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denílson Scherer to strike the kick off in the second half. If Berriotxoa Domingo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd match minute, Onsjö FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georg Wassenius to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Georg Wassenius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Onsjö FF's Roland Thidén got a free kick in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Lobster if's Alonzo Cruz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 63 minutes into the match, Denílson Scherer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benne Cider. Lobster if's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denílson Scherer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Benne Cider took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berriotxoa Domingo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lobster if's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Thomas Siggman was slow to take the kick. During this time Onsjö FF's players had a chance to rest. After 67 played minutes Onsjö FF got a freekick which was hit by Dag Brandin. After having played for 69 minutes, Fırat Çakıroğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobster if's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fırat Çakıroğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benne Cider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Scherer in the 73rd minute of play. In the 78th minute, Lobster if's Fırat Çakıroğlu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The audience was convinced that Denílson Scherer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benne Cider was relentless in the 85th minute of the game.
