Mats Jakobsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lennart Gunnarsson during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when George Hägglund got free with Mats Jakobsson in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Matthias Ekegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gärsnäs BF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
