The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frederick Griscti in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Einar Olofsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Kurdistan CF's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Fred Lidman drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper. With a little luck, Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng got control of the ball when Patrick Österberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Kurdistan CF booed when Gärsnäs BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Stark didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 24th minute of the game was made by Yulian Pekin with Maido Niit as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Kurdistan CF's attentive Gustav Engström managed to snatch the ball when Yulian Pekin made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. Ingmar Östlund made in the 31st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Frederick Griscti. Kurdistan CF's Erland Spetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dane Friebe in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederick Griscti in the 33rd minute of play forced Kurdistan CF's goalkeeper Erland Spetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Lidman got free with Wang Cheng in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the match, Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper Wang Cheng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fred Lidman. Marcus Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Xalbador Sparke made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurdistan CF's goalkeeper Erland Spetz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 59 minutes Gärsnäs BF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Einar Olofsson who took care of the corner kick. Wang Cheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Åke Kolberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Xalbador Sparke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frederick Griscti succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 64th playminute. Kurdistan CF's Xalbador Sparke got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wang Cheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Lidman, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Fred Lidman kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Dane Friebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erland Spetz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xalbador Sparke in the 78th minute of play forced Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper Wang Cheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xalbador Sparke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Gärsnäs BF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
