The audience was convinced that Hulusi Çimen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Göksel Berksan was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Hulusi Çimen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johannes Söderkvist in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cevat İmamoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, EĞİRDİR SK's Saltuk Arısal got a free kick in the 30th minute. Cevat İmamoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johannes Söderkvist's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. UGUR SK were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after EĞİRDİR SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mao Ang Xu took the corner. The corner ended in Mao Ang Xu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but EĞİRDİR SK's Cevat İmamoğlu did a great save. A hard shot 35 in the game by Hulusi Çimen from a close distance when the talented Göksel Berksan managed to make a qualified save. UGUR SK's players were relieved. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

50 minutes into the game, Nizam Yelmen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EĞİRDİR SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UGUR SK the free kick. In the 50th match minute, EĞİRDİR SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nizam Yelmen to maneuver through the defense. Johannes Söderkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rd minute, Saltuk Arısal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UGUR SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hulusi Çimen ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 58th minute Ragnar Bergvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göksel Berksan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. UGUR SK's Göksel Berksan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ragnar Bergvall in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Johannes Söderkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hulusi Çimen in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Göksel Berksan saved UGUR SK from getting behind. EĞİRDİR SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hulusi Çimen in the 64th minute. Cevat İmamoğlu was a little too slow when Johannes Söderkvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 69th minute, Johannes Söderkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Johannes Söderkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cevat İmamoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. UGUR SK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
