The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's goalkeeper Vahap Tezcan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's Vahap Tezcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tacettin Revha in the 4th minute of play. Vahap Tezcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tacettin Revha, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 6th minute, Tacettin Revha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vahap Tezcan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Tacettin Revha took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vahap Tezcan. Vahap Tezcan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 14th minute, Tacettin Revha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Vahap Tezcan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tacettin Revha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nejat Kotuz kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Tacettin Revha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vahap Tezcan. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tacettin Revha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 32 minutes into the match, ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's goal looked a bit too open when Tacettin Revha came free, but Vahap Tezcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yetkiner Savtur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Sancar Aktemur made a huge save. If Tacettin Revha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 41 minutes, Gürol Bozbey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR and the ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Gürol Bozbey got a free kick in the 41st minute. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's Gürsel Çelenkoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR were furious when Bayezit Başar was red carded, 45 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tacettin Revha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vahap Tezcan came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Tacettin Revha. But to his dismay, Tacettin Revha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 55 minutes into the match, ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's goal looked a bit too open when Tacettin Revha came free, but Vahap Tezcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Metehan Perkel got a throw-in 58 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Délio Bekir. 60 minutes into the game, Tacettin Revha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vahap Tezcan. Tacettin Revha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's Vahap Tezcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tacettin Revha in the 64th minute of play. Vahap Tezcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tacettin Revha in the 66th minute of the match. Songur Karataş kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Tacettin Revha managed to get in a good position for a shot. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's supporters rose to their feet, but Tacettin Revha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vahap Tezcan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vahap Tezcan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tacettin Revha went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Vahap Tezcan came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Tacettin Revha. But to his dismay, Tacettin Revha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. The throw-in from Metehan Perkel in the 83rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Kandemir Özdilek. If Tacettin Revha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's Vahap Tezcan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü from getting a goal against them. Vahap Tezcan came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Tacettin Revha. But to his dismay, Tacettin Revha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9.
